1. Cause of failure
1) The rotor rubs with the stator insulation paper or slot wedge;
2) Bearing wear or sand particles and other foreign matters in the oil;
3) The core of stator and rotor is loose;
4) The bearing is short of oil;
5) The air duct is blocked or the fan wipes the hood,
6) The stator and rotor cores rub each other;
7) The power supply voltage is too high or unbalanced;
8) The stator winding is wrongly connected or short circuited.
2. Troubleshooting
1) Trim insulation and cut down slot wedge;
2) Replace the bearing or clean the bearing;
3) Maintenance of stator and rotor core;
4) Oil the bearing;
5) Clean the air duct; Re installation;
6) Remove scratches and turn the small rotor if necessary;
7) Check and adjust the power supply voltage;
8) Eliminate the stator winding fault.
